Evaluation Factors Of Resients' Car Rental Behavior Based On Logit Model

Traffic congestion is the world's major cities facing the universal problem,the car is transformed from the most convenient means of transport to the greatest factor affecting urban traffic.The way of car rental is the supplement of transportation mode,such as public transportation,subway and private car,which is an effective way to optimize and perfect the urban traffic structure.the recycling of the leased vehicles belongs to the green low-carbon travel mode,which is beneficial to improve the utilization efficiency of social resources and promote energy-saving and emission-reduction.Based on this,this article from the point of view of residents travel,combined with car rental has its own characteristics,carried out the following aspects of research.First of all,this paper makes a relatively comprehensive overview about car rental industry from the development of domestic car rental and car rental development and the development of car rental business.And then studyding about the way of residents travel choice,combined with the basic content of the car rental industry and systematically summarizes the residents car behavior,expounds the individual basic characteristics and trip characteristics of the car rental residents,and points out the research car rental research areas.Secondly,it summarizes the influencing factors of residents' car rental behavior,and classifies the research factors.The influence factors is divided into four categories,such as,individual characteristic factors,travel characteristics factors,external factors and internal characteristics of car rental factors,According to the characteristics of four types of factors and reference to the relevant characteristics about the questionnaire survey of domestic and foreign residents to design the questionnaire.To carry out the Chongqing residents car rental behavior questionnaire survey,and test the data validity and reliability to ensure that the questionnaire collected data validity.Finally,taking the car rental behavior of Chongqing residents as the research background,the results show that not considering latent variables,occupation,whether to have a car,personal income,travel purpose,travel distance,travel time,car rental price and car rental deposit on residents behavior have a significant impact,the paper on the basis of the study when considering latent variables it is concluded that comfort,convenience,security,service environment and transport feeling for residents will also have a significant impact.
