With the rapid economic and social development of the country,the operation scale of civil airports has continued to expand,and the "multi-terminal,multi-station,multi-runway" divisional operation has gradually become a new trend,and more and more base airlines and ground agency companies are participating in flights safeguard the management of day-to-day affairs.At present,our country still lacks the multi-terminal area operation experience,and the basic theoretical research is insufficient.The formation of zoning scheme is often divided by the experience of airport planning and design experts or referring to airports of the same level,and there is a lack of quantitative research on the overall area.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably formulate and evaluate the multi-terminal area partition operation plan,realize the multi-terminal area airport collaborative operation,and improve the ground operation efficiency is an important research content at present.The thesis focuses on three key issues:the formulation of the zoning principle,the design of the zoning scheme and the evaluation of the zoning scheme best plan.The main research work of the thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Multi-faceted analysis of the factors that affect the multi-terminal regional operation,and the use of the decision-making and laboratory(DEMATEL)method to analyze the causal relationship and importance between the influencing factors,and the key influencing factors analyzed are as follows: Basis to formulate the principle of zoning;(2)Taking the multi-terminal area configuration of a domestic airport in the planning and design year as an example,starting with the aviation business volume in the airport design year,with the help of the system layout planning theory(SLP),and with reference to the zoning principle,three sets of certain Airport multi-terminal area partition operation plan;(3)Establish a multi-terminal area operation evaluation index system from three perspectives,use the mutation series method to theoretically evaluate the three designed schemes,and finally evaluate the optimal partition operation scheme 1.The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail.The optimal scheme 1 is dynamically simulated by Airtop simulation software,which verifies the rationality and efficiency of the optimal scheme.It is hoped that this thesis can provide a certain degree of reference for the partitioned operation of large hub airports with multi-terminal areas.
