Evaluation Systerm On The Scheme Of Green Building Design Based On Value Engineering

The construction industry has been high resource consuming industry in China.In the background of advocating the construction of "two type" society by the country,green buildings begin to receive widespread attentio in the community.But the high construction cost become the biggest obstacle of green building promotion.As we all know,the design stage is crucial phase of cost control,and through selecting the good design scheme,we can achieve the purpose of controlling the total cost of green building.However,the selection is based on scientific and rational green building design scheme evaluation system as a precondition.Although there are many green building evaluation standards in the current in our country,most of them are the built performance evaluation of green building and alternative design scheme lack targeted assessment in the design phase of the project.As a result,it can't improve engineering quality and control engineering cost from the source.Therefore,this study on green building design scheme evaluation system has very important significance,which can provide the basis for people's preferred design,thereby controlling the total cost of green building development and accelerating the promotion of the process of green building.In this paper,by adopting the combination of theoretical and empirical methods,as a office building in xi 'an for example,using value engineering method to evaluate and select its three design schemes in order to at least the cost of whole life cycle of green building built in accordance with user requirements,which can provide theoretical basis and practical basis for China's green building design scheme selectionBased on three main factors and the main work steps of value engineering and Combined with the definition of green building design scheme evaluation,it comes up with the evaluation procedures of green building design scheme based on value engineering.Based on analysis of the purpose of evaluation of green building design scheme,it concludes the basic theory of evaluation.By the analysis of the existing problems of domestic green building design scheme,we put forward the principle of the construction of function evaluation index system of green building design scheme.Combined with the reality of china,the contents of green building design scheme evaluation,The definition and function of the green building,evaluation standards of construction products integrate into the function evaluation index system eventually,which strengthens the unified coordination with green building standardsOn the determination of index weight,Firstiy,index subjective weights are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process.,and then ndex objective weights are determined by using Rough Set Theory,and finally subjective and objective weights are linear weighted combination as the final weights.Combined with the "five-point scale" scoring method,this paper makes the evaluation standard of indexes.It Adopts the method of index weights and evaluation scores weighted combination to calculate function coefficient of the design scheme,then using this method for evaluation respectively combined with the specific case.Afterwards,it calculates the cost coefficient and value coefficient of each scheme.At last,the scheme evaluation results are analyzed.
