In view of the increasingly serious problem of environmental protection,the state requires 300 thousand kilowatt coal-fired units above the upcoming implementation of ultra low emission environmental emission standards,Baotou third thermal power plant(hereinafter referred to as "the three power plant")existing desulfurization equipment can not meet the requirements of ultra low emissions,flue gas desulfurization system equipment to improve efficiency improvement.In consideration of the boiler to carry out other environmental upgrades on the effects of transformation of flue gas system,thermal test and demonstration of the fan,booster fan operation status of flue gas system,according to the demonstration result to determine the fan,booster fan can not meet the needs of the unit operation of environmental protection after the transfor mation,the need to upgrade the transformation of flue gas fan system.This paper puts forward three kinds of desulfurization absorption through effective scheme,through the analysis of desulfurization efficiency performance value,the adjustment mode and flue gas system resistance and so on,to determine the new two spraying layer adopted as the final scheme.Considering the change of environmental transformation of flue gas resistance caused by the test and analysis of thermal efficiency of the actual fan,booster fan,the environmental protection after the transformation of the operation can not meet the need to adjust the fan,booster fan,upgrading of flue gas fan system on desulfurization,reservation of booster fan fan adjust the machine transformati on,booster fan motor keep rebuilding and canceling booster fan induced increase in one animal and the rebuilding of three schemes.Based on the analysis of the energy consumption,engineering quantity and investment of the above scheme,the final scheme i s determined by adopting the scheme of eliminating the booster fan to increase the motion.After the implementation of environmental transformation,comparison test on unit flue gas pollutants,the test results for the benchmark in the oxygen content of 6%,the maximum conversion of the total exports of SO2 flue gas emission concentration of 26.35mg/Nm3,lower than net emission control standard is not higher than the requirements of 35mg/Nm3.Analysis of the cited fan after a combined increase of fan selection margin,smoke wind system along the resistance,economy,safety and other aspects of the test and the results obtained,reasonable selection of fan margin,the fan efficiency increased by 9.7%,713.3k W decreased and the total power consumption,increase a lead after transformation the new fan power consumption rate(compared with the transformation of the former fan and booster fan power consumption rate and)dropped 0.24 percentage points,a unit annual generating capacity is calculated as fifteen hund reds of millions of watts,after the transformation of the fan running every year can increase grid capacity of 3 million 600 thousand k W-H,in accordance with the tariff of 0.29 yuan /(k W-H),can increase the annual income of 1 million 44 thousand yu an.And the safety is guaranteed,the elimination of security risks the original booster fan single fan operation on the unit,through the analysis of the transformation achieves the expected effect,the effective implementation of the transformation project.
