Distribution automation is an important mean of implementing smart distribution grid is the necessity to improve the reliability of urban distribution network power supply,the traditional distribution system is difficult to achieve the request and objective of this stage that we want,therefore,more advanced distribution automation system have been the direction of the development smart grid at this stage.Under the current new trends,in order to adopt the current trends of power system better,and meet the actual requirements of China power grid better,the Tai Zhou city's construction of distribution automation system is particularly important.This article selected Taizhou medicine technology development zone(China Medical City)as the construction area,strengthening primary grid in this region of power system,and through the construction of distribution automation system in power system to realize real-time monitoring and automatic processing,and improve the power quality and reliability;According to the analysis of primary grid,this article proposed a series of reconstruction plans as contact switch to improve the feeder automation of the distribution network.By analyzing the needs of distribution automation system,this article complete the full coverage of distribution automation system,realize three remote/two remote ?distribution SCADA?and distribution applications as feeder automation?power flow calculation?topology analysis,so that to meet the requirements of distribution control integration.Based on the analysis of the distribution network communication,this article designs the distribution network based on fiber-optic and wireless communication system,which realized regional communications coverage.As for key regional nodes,this article suggests to use fiber EPON communication mode,as for generic nodes,this article suggests to use wireless communication.Through reasonable network mode innovation,this article improved the reliability of distribution network communication.
