The Research And Planning Design Of Distribution Automation System In The City Zone Of Zhuzhou

With the rapid development of economy and improvement of people's standard of living,users are imposing higher and higher requirements on the quality of power energy.And the power supply enterprise awareness of quality service continues to strengthen in the reforming electric system.How to guarantee the safe and stable operation of distribution network and provide users with high-quality supply of electricity,that must become the key to future power supply enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Distribution automation is an important part of the smart grid,an effective means to improve the power supply reliability of the city distribution network,and the inevitable trend of modern development.Using of modern computer and communications technology,the Distribution Automation System has integrated the grid structure,equipment,user and geographic information,and also realized the automation and informatization of monitoring and management with a complete automation distribution network system.The purpose of the implementation of distribution system automation is to improve the power supply reliability,power quality and service quality,and to enhance economic efficiency,to improve the management level,so that power supply companies and users to benefit both sides.Firstly the background,current situation and the basic structural principle of the Distribution Automation System is briefly described,and analyzed the current situation of Zhuzhou City Distribution Network and practical questions.This dissertation studies the planning rules and planning objectives of the distribution automation systems considering the aging grid distribution network,once the device is not strong enough,the device cover rate and practical level is not high,and distribution of data communication network can use fewer resources,oversight and other issue.Finally,this project emphasizes the Distribution Automation Design Scheme,this include six main steps:the transformation of the principle of a grid,lines,equipment and content;distribution automation systems and factory master station needs analysis,expand the main modules;the transformation of power distribution terminal design;design based on no source optical network(EPON)access network communication technology programs;design information integration system structure model;and finally for the network security issues of distribution automation system,sets out the basic principles.Planning and implementation of this project is not only a pilot domestic distribution automation system,but also an intelligent distribution network construction of landmark projects.
