Research On Schedule Control And Optimization Of Power Transmission Project Based On Critical Chain

As an important state-owned backbone enterprise affecting political stability,energy security and economic lifeline in the capital of Beijing,Beijing electric power company is increasing the investment in optimizing the grid structure,enhancing the power supply capacity,construction of clean energy facilities.Power transmission project is the most important investment direction,and schedule control and Optimization is the key of Power transmission project management,is the main factor affecting the success of the project.To some territorial power supply company of Beijing electric power company,the schedule management level of power transmission project should be improved urgently.110 kV Tan Ying power transmission project is organized and implemented by Miyun power supply company,is an important project of Miyun power grid in 2015.There are problems in project schedule management.And in the power transmission project schedule control,introducing the critical chain technology to optimize the schedule control of the whole project can solve some problems of power transmission project schedule management in a certain extent,such as safe time loss,excessive consumption of resources and so on.Mainly through literature,case analysis,inductive analysis and other research methods,based on the study of the project schedule management theories,combined with the actual situation of power transmission project schedule management,characteristics and schedule control methods of the power transmission project are introduced in this dissertation.Taking 110 kV Tan Ying power transmission project as the main case,The status quo and main problems of the current power transmission project schedule control,and the causes of the problems are also analyzed.Based on critical chain theory,put forward the scheme of power transmission project schedule control and optimization.The main innovation of this paper:On the basis of the logical relation analysis of engineering project,through the introduction of critical chain technology,optimize schedule control,explore specific measures of the schedule control and optimization,propose feasible methods of power transmission project schedule management.By optimizing the project schedule,and fanally the project management performance is improved.
