As countries we will accelerate reform of the economic development and the production structure adjustment of policy implementation,the growing demand for electricity,power engineering construction scale increased year by year,a large number of the same period engineering construction,the electric power engineering construction safety management risks and difficulties highlight,demand for information management tools urgently.In this paper,combining with the State Grid electric power engineering construction to the specific requirements of the construction safety management and information construction achievements,research using mobile applications for power engineering construction safety management requirements at the scene of the project implementation.This thesis completed the research and analysis of electric power project construction safety management business problems and it s solutions in mobile application function implementation,comb form the mobile application functions of power engineering construction safety management demand analysis.Combined with the State Grid corporation informatization construction achievements,to understand and design the suitable for State Grid informatization overall architecture and information security requirements of mobile application t echnology implementation scheme.Combined with the specific functional requirements and technical implementation scheme,complete the design and development of the mobile client interface of the electrical engineering safety management.In accordance with the subject of the research and design results,relying on the State Grid informatization project of grid construction,completed the research and development,the construction management system of mobile APP through a third party testing and security testing,staging,in March 2017.The system normal operation,the user experience is good,for electric power en gineering construction safety management business have very good auxiliary support effect.
