With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the traffic pressure of large and medium-sized cities is increasing.In order to effectively relieve the traffic pressure under the limited space resources,the urban underpass tunnel project came into being.However,compared with the general municipal roads,the urban underpass tunnel project requires higher technical and safety requirements.Underpass tunnel is usually located in the main road of traffic,the traffic volume of the site is larger.There are more safety factors involved in the construction of the project.If there is a safety accident,the impact on the society is also greater.Do a good job in the safety management of the whole process of the project is the most intrinsic requirement of project management as project manager.The aim of this paper is to improve the safety level of urban underpass tunnel construction,starting from the status quo and related theories of urban underpass tunnel project,combining with the project site,manage the safety risk factors.The research of this paper mainly includes:First,study the theoretical knowledge related to urban underpass tunnel engineering:analyzes the characteristics of urban underpass tunnel engineering,and analyzes the causes and mechanism of safety accidents in urban underpass tunnel engineering.Second,analyze the current situation of safety management of urban underpass tunnel project: analyze the causes of safety accidents in similar projects,analyze the steps of safety management of urban underpass tunnel project,and identify the itemized list of dangerous parts in project implementation.Third,the management process of safety risk factors of urban underpass tunnel project is studied: safety risk factors of project are identified,safety risk factors are evaluated and corresponding disposal measures are formed,and risk factors are monitored and warned.Fourth,to study the safety management of urban underpass tunnel project from the institutional level,including the formulation,implementation and optimization of safety management system of enterprises and project department.Fifth,In the empirical study,the risk factors of the safety management of the Xinshi Bridge node project of Panxu Road reconstruction were identified,and the corresponding treatment measures for different safety risks were constructed and implemented.During the construction,safety management of the project is carried out by combining the construction site and monitoring data to ensure the safe completion of the project and form a theoretical system of safety management with certain guiding significance.
