Coinciding with the strategic plan of "Made in China 2025" as a manufacturing powerhouse,the construction of industrial plants serving the manufacturing industry is bound to occupy an unshakable position in the future construction market.Researching and exploring the comprehensive evaluation of the construction organization design of industrial plants is conducive to improving the competitiveness of construction enterprises,industrial plant helps enterprises to seize policy opportunities and obtain a new round of development in the field of industrial construction under the conditions of a downturn in the construction market and huge pressure to survive.At the same time,it also contributes to my country’s becoming a manufacturing powerhouse.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents,the paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign construction organization design,comprehensive evaluation,etc.The paper also reviews and discusses the related theories of industrial plant construction organization design,as well as the theoretical methods of comprehensive evaluation,and summarizes and analyzes the main content and important influencing factors of industrial plant construction organization design,and summarize the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation of industrial plant construction organization design.The paper follows the principles,methods and processes of the evaluation index system construction,builds an evaluation index system for industrial plant construction organization design combining qualitative and quantitative indicators,and demonstrates the connotation of each index to ensure that the design of the comprehensive evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable.The paper using a hierarchical entropy weight method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,combining weighting to obtain comprehensive weight and the total ranking weight.Based on the expert survey method and the membership function constructed by the principle of triangle whitening at the center point,the paper constructs the membership matrix of the basic index.Based on the determination of index comprehensive weight and basic index membership degree matrix,the paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of industrial plant construction organization design according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The paper takes the construction organization design of an industrial factory building as a case to conduct a comprehensive evaluation,and the scientificity,rationality and feasibility of the model are verified.In order to facilitate the better implementation of the same type of projects in the future,it analyzes and studies the results of the comprehensive evaluation and makes recommendations.
