Power system security is one of the core of social public security.In recent years,Brazil,India,the United States,Ukraine and other countries,as well as a large number of domestic power outage occurred,resulting in a more serious social impact.Maintain the safety and stability of the grid is becoming increasingly important.The rational analysis and scientific evaluation of the risk area of large area blackout,risk control measures of power grid,formulate emergency response mechanism effectively,it is necessary to avoid or reduce the impact of large area blackout caused to the society.This paper takes Taizhou area network as the research object,the causes and evolution mechanism analysis of typical domestic and foreign large-scale power outage,combined with power grid characteristics in Taizhou area,identify the Taizhou area network inside and outside the seven major risk source.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,the risk assessment theory is introduced into the large area blackout of Taizhou power grid.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable analysis of system risk evaluation index system,using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method to analyze the indicators of risk evaluation of large area in Taizhou area,to determine the refinement of risk factors existing security risk,search.The construction of emergency system of regional power network in large area government power,summed up the main task of blackout emergency disposal in different stages,emergency technical support,emergency response and good suggestions,into practical work can effectively prevent large area power grid blackouts product.
