Study On The Landscape Security Of Urban Refuge Open Space In Xi'an

In the process of rapid Chinese City,due to the current theory Chinese design of city public space is still in theThe "people-oriented,safety first",is the first priority in today's society.It is also basement of all areas of society development.In the past thirty years,the pace of urbanization development of our country speed up.Especially the past ten years is China's city development peak.Accompanied by the high-speed development of the city and frequently occurrence of the nature disasters,we are fully aware of various natural disasters which appears on the convex contradiction and deficiency.The16th Congress of our Party emphasized "attaches great importance to production safety,ensure the safety of state property and people",and paid attention to the national security strategy in the national development strategy.In our living environment and the related design,we should pay more attention to and enhance the awareness of safety design.Especially the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008 caused a loss of 1,791 billion yuan and the mass deaths.The more painful lesson let Xi'an be ware of the deficiency and importance of the refuge.Inadequate refuge is the first big problem facing us.Security environment is related to the property of our life and the core of the problem.The China's government ask the local government conbine the plan theory and the practice together based on a series of standards and guidelines that be issued after several major earthquake disaster.It required the existing city open space to be planed to the open space with refuge.These problems of security of public outdoor sapce,location,planning,security and improve the environment and safety facilities,is the topic of the world.And it is also the important strategic issues of China's sustainable development.All of the city's open space provide the most direct physical and mental protection for the people only under the premise of securityAt present the refuge space design of our cities lacks open environmental safety standards.Through the research of investigation of each refuge safety design of Xi'an,this article finds out the problem of the safety design.Combining the theoretical basis and research results of the domestic and foreign landscape safety aspects,it sums up the refuge safety planning and design the principle.And it provides a theoretical reference for the planning and construction of city refuge space and basement work for the research of the refuge landscape security system.
