For masonry structure,It’s widely used in our country because of the economy;Characterized by the significant of compressive strength than the resistance of tensile and shearing,The behavior of masonry wall mainly subjected to the gravity loads and the horizontal of lateral load when subjected to earthquake.When the lateral bearing capacity of the wall is insufficient,It’s may cause damage to the wall,and even collapse.Accoding to the results of seismic hazard investigation,The ratio of the brick structure more than other structures.Seismic evaluation and reinforcement of existing masonry buildings are the effective measures for reducing the earthquake disaster.The evaluation of seismic performance of existing buildings adopts two-stage method.However,Due to the limited of human and financial resources for disaster prevention and mitigation work which can’t be sufficient to carry out seismic identification work comprehensively,It’s required to find a new method.Reference to the different region of seismic evaluation of existing buildings,According to foreign earthquake insurance industry adopts basic technical route of"Rapid Visual Screening of Buildings for Potential Seismic The weight function of the component is put forward by means of the analytic hierarchy process.The floor of the structural system is regarded as the tandem system,and the floor with the largest probability of failure is calculated as the failure probability of the whole structural.According to the expression of the limit function state function and the failure mode of the masonry structure under the horizontal earthquake,The influencing factors of the existing masonry structure are analyzed,The corresponding statistical parameters and the probability model and statistical parameters of the existing load are obtained.With the principle of equal probability,the equivalent seismic action and statistical parameters of different follow-up years are calculated.Combined with the design codes,Adopted the pair value of the probability of structure failure as the basic index of seismic performance of existing masonry structures.
