| There are some problems in the development of power grid engineering at C hina’s high altitude area,such as poor living environment,difficult construction and high cost,and the extension of the grid structure in this area has been restricted by these problems,.and Power Grid Corp have to bear huge investment and financing pressure.Breaking through in the construction of high altitude power grid project of high strength,high difficulty,high investment these "three high" problem,which would provide important support for strengthening the grid structure,the power supply capacity and the construction of the power grid in the alpine region,also have great significance to improve the coverage rate and the economic efficiency of the power grid.How to extend the power grid project to the high altitude area with low cost and high efficiency is one of the main direction of the future research of the power grid engineeri ng in China.This paper analysed the special characteristics of power grid project construction in high altitude area.Taking into account the special nature of C hina’s high alt itude area power grid engineering,this paper analysed the particularity of construction in high altitude areas from the natural conditions,construction condit ions and the cost characteristics;Then the paper analysed the influence factors of the power grid project cost in high altitude area.From the feasibility study phase,design phase,construction phase and the completion phase,the influence factors of the power grid project cost in high altitude area were identified.And the interpretative structural modeling method was used to analyze the impact factors of cost;Then the paper researched on reasonable interval of power grid project cost in high altitude area.The risk factors were summarized,and then based on Monte Carlo method,the reasonable range of engineering cost was calculated and analyzed;At last,the paper evaluated the cost rationality of power grid project in high altitude area.Power transformation and line engineering cost evaluation index system were constructed,then weight of evaluation index were determined based on ANN model and the ANN-FCA was used to evaluate the engineering cost rationality.The scientific statistical methods was used to study the mechanism of the power grid construction in high altitude areas in this paper,which would help the build participants to understand the impact of the key points of cost level,help to make reasonable investment planning and bring certain economic benefits to related units.And the study can effectively make power grid project cost management in high altitude area normalization and standardization,help to enhance the cost control consciousness of the construction units and the relative person,bring some management efficiency to the relevant units. |
