With the ascension of power grid companies project management level, as an important part of management, power grid project cost evaluation work is faced with requirement of elaboration and accurateness, to meet the requirements of power grid company in project cost. At present, power grid project evaluation usually compares each individual settlement amount and budget amount in practice, so as to find the problems existing in the project, but such traditional method has been difficult to meet the requirements of cost evaluation analysis elaboration of power grid company.So this article introduces intelligent analysis method and improves the theory of cost analysis and strengths the system construction based on the power engineering cost intelligent analysis model At the same time, empirical analysis of the transmission network in Inner Mongolia area Province about the power transmission project analysis, cost intelligent prediction and cost intelligent evaluation has strengthen the practicability of the theory. Firstly, identifies the power transmission project cost factors from multiple dimensions of whole process, natural and technical conditions, using principal component analysis and path analysis method to measure these factors. By factor analysis, gets the relationship between various factors and project cost. Then constructs transmission power project cost intelligent prediction mode based on clustering combination, and campares the model applicability, accuracy and efficiency. By power engineering cost intelligent prediction model based on clustering combination, gets higher estimation accuracy and improves the prediction efficiency. Finally, the intelligent power engineering cost evaluation model based on support vector machine is built. By this model, grasps the global nonlinear characteristic, simplifies the evaluation process of manual operation and improves the intelligence of the evaluation model.This paper studys the power grid project influence factors and cost evaluation model, and obtains the main influencing factor of the power grid project cost, and through empirical analysis proves the validity of the evaluation model. The research results can effectively help power grid enterprises to evaluate the project cost, and has high application value.
