Research On Design Quality Management In Hydraulic Engineering Construction Project

In 2011,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued “the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Water Conservancy”.In 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council once again issued “A few Opinions On Increasing the Effort of Reform and Innovation and Accelerate Agricultural Modernization Construction”.Under the impetus of a series of policies,Water conservancy construction has been sustainable development.In the quality of water conservancy project composition,the most critical part is the design of water projects,which have a direct impact on Operation and management after completion of the project.A small mistake in the design phase could result in huge economic losses.This paper begins with the basic theory of project quality management,analyzes the two key stages of quality management development in detail: the stage of total quality management and the stage of quality management system,through arguing the similarities and differences between the two stages,deduce the method of quality management suitable for most modern enterprises.Secondly,the paper describes the composition of the quality of water conservancy projects,all-round analyzes the content and the control point of quality process management of water conservancy design,analyzes the main factors influencing the design quality of water conservancy industry,and the basic measures to ensure and improve design quality.Then,taking the quality management system of a water conservancy design institute as the research object,this paper finds out the problems in the process of running the system.After layers of progressive,combined with the existing problems in the quality management of the domestic water conservancy design industry,the paper analyzes the design quality management system problems and response measures to find an effective way to improve the quality management of water conservancy industry.Finally,through the effective application of the improvement measures in the actual project design,it is proved that the measures proposed in this paper to improve the quality of design and design quality management have achieved initial results,while have achieved the purpose of increasing the quality system effectiveness and practicality and improving work efficiency.This paper constructs a relatively clear and perfect thoughts and framework of water quality management research: the composition of the quality of water conservancy project-the formation of design quality of water conservancy project-design quality process management-design unit quality system management,it should be able to provide some guidance to water industry design workers and managers.In order to strengthen the design quality management of water conservancy industry,we should not only strengthen the theoretical research,but also apply the theory of design quality management to the actual design process.This paper is only a number of framework measures to improve the quality of design,which are not sufficient,On this basis,follow-up researchers need to further explore and innovate.
