Research And Programme Based On Regional Spatial Layout On Distribution Network In Fan County

Scientific and rational plans is the precondition of the safety,reliability and economy of the power system.The plan,construction and improvement for the distribution network can directly influence the economy of the power system and the safety and the reliability for all the consumers.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the statue quo of the distribution network of Fan country based on the economic and social development of Fan country.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the statue quo of C and D regional power system based on the voltage grade.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the main operating indexes of the distribution network.From aspects like the ability of power supply,the construction of the power system,the facility,the environment,the fund for construction and so on,this thesis analyses the problems of the power system.At the same time,this thesis lays a solid foundation for the development of the power system.This thesis firstly analyzes the rising tendency and the characters of the load based on the historical data.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the development of the consumption.This thesis also makes a prodiction on the total electricity consumption based on the economic development,people's living standards and the structural characteristics of the electric.The increasing annually comprehensive method,the elastic coefficient of electricity method and "big user average annual growth rate method" are used to forecast the full power of social electricity consumption.According to ?Henan Province distribution network planning technology?,Fan country are devided into two area.A concrete and operable plan is made according to different voltage grades.Finally,practical problems are solved by this plan and the prospect of this plan is also made.The upgrade and the construction of the power supply of Fan County are accelerated by investing and raising the standard.It solves the problems that Fan County distribution network development was slow,that the power supply is inefficient and the foundation of the distribution network are weak.The changes have met the demond of the supply and the service of the electricty caused by the economic and social development.
