Reasonable planning of distribution network can better protect the demand of users and improve the stable operation of power system.Distribution network planning, need to carry on the load forecast to the area involved, continuously optimize the configuration scheme between the equipment and the operation mode of the power grid,so that the distribution network can realize the economy at the same time, can meet the increasing user demand, and bring the high quality experience to the user.Based on the economic development of shicheng county, this paper divides shicheng into c?d two kinds of power supply areas according to the division rules. The main operating indexes of distribution network of each voltage grade are analyzed from the aspects of substation situation, line equipment situation and operation life of equipment. The historical load growth trend and load characteristics of the power supply area in Shicheng County are studied, and the customer power consumption and customer reporting situation are analyzed. Finally, according to the historical data and the data of electricity consumption growth, after comprehensive analysis, the electricity consumption forecast is carried out by using the partition method.Based on the recommended scheme of total load forecast, the forecast results of each partition power load are given. In view of the problems existing in the distribution network, this paper puts forward the key points for the construction of different voltage grade power grids, makes reasonable planning for each voltage grade power grid, calculates the investment situation of each voltage grade distribution network construction, tests the planning technical principle by comparing the data.
