With the rapid development of wireless technology,wireless communication network has been widely used in industrial production.In the wireless communication network,the traditional polling method has the advantages of reliability and stability,but it can not be used for the real-time monitoring of the abnormal data.At present,the channel contention access method can realize the emergency expropriation of the channel,but it can not guarantee the real time of the abnormal data.By combining the two methods and combining their advantages,the reliability and stability of the system and the real-time performance of the abnormal data can be guaranteed to a great extent.Based on the photovoltaic power station as the application background,study the network structure and network scheduling method for industrial wireless communication network system.On this basis,design a remote data monitoring system of wireless communication network.The design and implementation of the wireless communication network in photovoltaic power station are as follows:(1)The wireless communication between intelligent photovoltaic power station in the junction box and inverter for application scenarios,through the analysis of the relevant technical requirements and performance requirements,design scheme of star network topology and network node architecture.(2)By studying the scheduling method of wireless communication network and designing the communication model,this paper proposes an adaptive backoff competition scheduling method which can guarantee the real-time access of industrial abnormal data.In this method,polling is used as the basic communication mode,and the super frame structure is designed to provide data access time slot.Through MATLAB simulation,the real-time and reliability of the wireless communication network model is verified.The experimental results show that the abnormal data access channel in this way has high real-time and reliability,and can meet the stringent requirements of industry for the transmission of abnormal data.(3)The design of hardware and software in wireless communication network.The hardware part includes the main and slave board of the wireless communication network system.The master slave node card uses the radio frequency module RF4463F30 to carry on the network communication.The slave node connects the device through the CAN and RS485,collects the data of the equipment,and analyzes the data If the data is abnormal,the adaptive backoff competition scheduling method is used to upload the data.If the data collection is normal,the slave node waits for polling from the master node to upload the data.The master node upload data to the PC through the WIFI module HLK-RM04.Based on MFC framework,PC client software adopts multi threading,Socket,SQL Server and other technologies to realize the function of real-time monitoring of data and master node remote program update.Test network performance through PC client software.Through the detection of the frame delay,frame success rate,the success rate of the network,the wireless communication network is proved to have advantages of high reliability,good real-time performance and strong self healing.
