Along with the rapid development of China's electric power economy,substation project construction has become an indispensable part of the power system and plays a key role in the power system.Evaluation of the project before in the investment decision-making of electric power engineering project is an indispensable important link,therefore,to strengthen the power project evaluation for engineering project investment program of work has important practical significance and reference value.Firstly,this paper describes the research background and significance of substation power projects evaluation,analyzing the research status at home and abroad of the substation project evaluation,based on this,and puts forward the research content and research ideas.This paper expounds an overview of the basic theory of pre project assessment to lay a solid theoretical basis for the specific empirical study after the text.Secondly,according to the actual situation of xiLipu in Qianan region of 35 KV electric substation,this paper constructed xiLipu in Qianan region of 35 KV electric power substation pre evaluation index system and pre evaluation of substation project.Thirdly,the single factor evaluation of the project was carried out according to the pre evaluation model of the transmission and substation project.from the technical scheme of substation projects construction,electrical system and equipment selection scheme three evaluation,this paper demonstrates the technical feasibility of the project;from the substation project investment estimation ability,solvency,profitability three pre-assessment,this paper demonstrates the economic feasibility of the project;from the substation project of regional economic benefits and environmental benefits were assessed before,this paper demonstrates the social feasibility of the project.Finally,the use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of xiLipu in Qianan region of 35 KV electric substation comprehensive evaluation,and comes to the conclusion that the transmission power project is feasible on the whole,and expounds the research insufficiency and the flaw.Based on a comprehensive evaluation of a specific case,this paper verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation model of the substation project.Base on xiLipu in Qianan region of 35 KV electric substation and transformation project of project evaluation,investors according to the actual situation to choose and determine the investment plan of the project tend to obtain the conclusion that better economic optimization combination and whether the project is feasible,and providing an important basis for investing in the project.At the same time,the scientific planning and evaluation of the power supply substation project construction projects are conducive to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and economic and social sustainable development.This study has a certain reference value for the research on the evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project.
