As the basis of the optimization problem, the evaluation of substation project not only can bring effective economic benefits, but also can improve the capacity and reliability of power supply in the future of the network. And it can also reduce line losses. Thus, it brings greater social benefits. The evaluation of substation project plays a decisive role in power system network structure.The main contents of this article are as following:Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of 66 k V transmission and transformation project in power substation of Hujia, as well as the main research methods and the research status of the evaluation.Secondly, it elaborates domestic and foreign status of transmission and transformation project. And it points out uniqueness of 66 k V transmission and transformation project comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly, it establishes frame of 66 k V transmission and transformation project comprehensive evaluation. It establishes evaluation indicator system from the perspective of economic evaluation, technical evaluation, and social evaluation combined with features of 66 k V transmission and transformation project. And it explains quantitative and qualitative indicators in detail. Lastly, it points out calculation and evaluation criteria.In order to achieve objective and reasonable evaluation on quantitative and qualitative indicators, this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight, and sets up the power transmission and transformation project evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Lastly, this paper uses 66 k V transmission and transformation project in power substation of Hujia as an example. According to survey information and project information, it carries out empirical analysis on 66 k V transmission and transformation project in power substation of Hujia from the perspective of economic evaluation, technical evaluation, and social evaluation. Finally, in order to verify the reasonableness of 66 k V transmission and transformation project in power substation of Hujia and indicator system, it evaluates demonstration project based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
