With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of industrialization,the scale of WWTP is expanding,the quantity is increasing and the degree of treatment is also increasing,which makes the total amount of sludge in cities and towns increase year after year.Landfill is generally a layer of sludge cover layer,and then rolling to ensure better space utilization.The high water content and high viscosity of the sludge often make the rolling machinery slip or even fall into it,which brings difficulties to the landfill operation.The rheology of the sludge makes the landfill volatility and landslide become artificial "marshland",which brings great potential safety hazard to the landfill.The high water content of the sludge greatly increases the amount of filtrate treatment.Due to the small sludge,the leachate collection system and the drainage pipe are often plugged,so the load of the refuse dam is increased,which brings difficulties to the safety management of the landfill.Cleaning up the collection system is extremely expensive.Therefore,landfill treatment of urban sludge has become increasingly unsuited to the economic,social and environmental development requirements.With a more scientific and more effective way to harmless sludge treatment and utilization of resources is becoming increasingly prominent,imminent.In order to better study the current sludge reasonable disposal methods,to contribute to the treatment of municipal sludge,select the subject of relevant research.In this paper,we first collected a large amount of information about the sludge blending technology,introduced the theory of the sludge blending technology and the latest technology,analyzed the technology compared with other technical advantages,combined with the specific case of Jinshan thermal power supply case analysis,combined with comprehensive evaluation of the method,obtained sludge blending technology application and effect evaluation results to sum up.From the process of research,it is found that the current sludge treatment technology is necessary to choose the technology of sludge blending.The second chapter introduces the simple concept of sludge blending technology and several commonly used methods of project evaluation.The third chapter introduces Jinshan Cogeneration Company's sewage treatment technology.The third chapter also introduces the background.The fourth part analyzes the influence factors of sludge blending technology in Jinshan Cogeneration Power Plant from the aspects of project process index,technical performance,financial status and national economy.In the fourth chapter,The effect of the sludge blending technology is introduced in the paper.In the fifth chapter,the fuzzy evaluation method and the overall success evaluation are used to evaluate the effect of sludge blending technology.In the last chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions and prospects for comprehensive evaluation of sludge blending technology.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of sludge blending technology,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation method of success degree of project project of Jinshan ThermoElectron Corporation burning technology sludge with the comprehensive evaluation,find out the problem of success of technology implementation and existing sludge burning,it will burn related engineering technology for the sludge provide reference.
