As a link between the power system and the user, distribution system has a direct influence on the efficiency of power system and electricity quality and reliability of power users. But the distribution network equipment utilization that is used to reflect the economy of construction and power grid assets'usage hasn't form a complete evaluation system, which can't analysis the specific situation of the distribution network equipment utilization. Therefore, conducting the thorough research for the distribution network equipment utilization and putting forward a scientific and practical evaluation system and method which is used for guiding the actual distribution network planning and transformation, has a big significance. On the basis of establishing a reasonable and comprehensive system of evaluation index, the paper combined with the core value and demand of the distribution network, taking the actual situation of the index system interconnected into consideration and making the further research about method of weight calculation and evaluation, making the evaluation system more practical. The main work is as follows:(1) Stepping out from what the distribution network stakeholder needs to find out the macro and micro factors of distribution network equipment utilization by using the fishbone diagram. Then it is based on preliminary system of index and clustering and coefficient of variation analysis method of qualitative and quantitative screening index that can build the synthetic evaluation system of distribution network equipment utilization, included two levels of macroscopic and microscopic evaluation index.(2) The comprehensive evaluation model is put forward in view of combining grey correlation method of variable weight and fuzzy integral, using the fuzzy measure to describe the relationship between indicators and indicators, making the evaluation results more closely to actual.(3) Combined with the experience of expert and using the curve fitting method, the function relation between the index and the scores of index can be acquired. Finally the result of comprehensive evaluation of distribution network equipment utilization can be achieved by using the basic data of the example and fuzzy integral nonlinear aggregation.The practical application analyzing indicates that the synthetic evaluation system of distribution network equipment utilization is built in this paper can fully reflect the development level of distribution network equipment utilization, and meanwhile help to find out the weak links of the existing distribution network, so as to guide the construction and development of intelligent power distribution network and put forward some reasonable suggestions of distribution network planning.
