With the rapid development of intelligent automatic control,computer and other science and technology,intelligent electric grid is carried out comprehensive in full swing,and formed an unprecedented scale power grid system.In the process of construction and development,the harsh environment and people's production and living standards of the needs increasing demand for electricity.Meanwhile,intelligent technology is also constantly progress in modernization,information and digital techniques.Intelligent dispatching system is one of the core elements of building strong smart grid,is the common objectives of the operation at home and abroad.The research relies on the D5000 system,performing studies on the following aspects.First,the thesis analyzes the status of Tieling power grid.Based on the analysis and D5000 dispatching system,the basic function and structure of the intelligent dispatching system for Tieling power grid is given.Traditional 10 functions in power dispatching system,including the EMS system,WAMS system,metering system,hydropower automation,weather forecasting,lightning strike mornitoring,early warning systems,scheduling,protection and fault recording system,and dispatching management system,are integrated into one platform.These functions are implemented by real-time application monitoring and early warning subsystem,scheduling subsystem,security checking subsystem,and dispatching management subsystem.The thesis then introduces and analyzes some of the main software functions and their implementations.Finally,based on the D5000,the thesis proposes the design and function of an online monitoring system of the secondary equipments,expanding the function of the D5000.Intelligent dispatching is the trend for designing a strong and smart power system.Intelligent dispatching technology integrates the steady-state optimization and dynamic supervisory and control based on the real time measuring data information.However the does not include the marketing related unctions,and needs more advanced algorithm on early warning systems.Topics related to these needs more attention in future research and applications.
