Quickening the construction of strong and intelligent grid is not only the inevitable choice to meet economic and social development more preferably,but also the fundamental requirement to ensure energy security,optimize energy structure,develop low-carbon economy and heighten service level.As the eye of power system operation,power grid dispatching automation system can help operation and maintenance personnel master the real-time state of power grid operation at the remote end.Meanwhile,it has the "beforehand" control ability of power grid,which is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of power grid.This paper firstly carried out studies on the characteristics,structure,function as well as other theoretical and technical aspects of power grid dispatching automation system,understood the hierarchical control principle of power grid dispatching,and studied the supporting system of power grid dispatching automation system,namely energy management system.By mastering the basic theory of power grid dispatching automation system,it laid a foundation for the next design work.Afterwards,in line with the actual situation of Jixi power grid and the current situation as well as the problems existing in the Jixi power grid automatic dispatching system,this paper analyzed the assessment index of power grid dispatching automation system state estimation rate,and put forth the detailed requirements for the construction of Jixi power grid dispatching automation system platform in accordance with the analysis results.In the design scheme,this paper designed the hardware and software respectively.The hardware design was based upon the principle of power safety monitoring and protection proposed by the State Grid Corporation of China.According to the different functions of different hardware equipments in the power grid dispatching automation system,the hardware system for safety zone I,safety zone II and safety zone III was designed accordingly;In terms of software,taking the D5000 system of Kedong company as the supporting system,and in line with the actual requirements of Jixi power grid dispatching automation system,this research designed the data acquisition and interaction,log,alarm service,graphical model management and man-machine interface in the application functions,designed and analyzed the service bus as well as message bus of Jixi power grid dispatching automation system platform,and displayed the construction effect of Jixi power grid dispatching automation system platform;Finally,this paper tested the effects of various common functions of the dispatching automation system platform of Jixi power grid,designed and analyzed the application effects of the advanced application of state estimation,which is of great significance to the power system.After the power grid dispatching automation system platform of Jixi power grid based on D5000 system was put into use,all functions operated stably and the assessment index state estimation rate has been improved in some degree,which enhanced the reliability of power grid operation and accelerated the average operation speed of automatic operation and maintenance personnel for fault handling.At the same time,the compatibility of the new platform has been improved,which solved the problems of users’ substation losing their dispatch in Longmei group.The construction of the platform meet the requirements of improving the intelligent level of power grid and improving the reliability of power supply,reinforced the stability of power grid operation,anf contributed to the construction of a strong power grid.
