In order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of the State Grid Corporation and the stability and safety of UHV networks,improve the ability of dispatching to control energy optimization and grid operation,and improve the informationization level,interaction level and automation level of the national grid intelligent dispatch.The integrated design of the power grid is constantly being improved and updated.Therefore,it is of great significance for the State Grid Corporation to organize research on the smart grid dispatching technical support system.Regional power grid dispatching is one of the important components of the dispatching system.It has an important role in connecting the provincial governing and regulating the county in the power grid production command.The regional power grid regulation technical support system is an important technical support means for regional power grid dispatching management production and control operation,an important component of smart grid construction,and the basic force for achieving integrated dispatching work.This thesis investigates the research status of smart grid dispatching support system at home and abroad and the design specifications of the system.Taking the application of intelligent dispatching of silver power grid as the research object,this thesis investigates the basic situation of grid dispatching integration in Baiyin City and summarizes the existing problems.According to the requirements of the silver grid,the overall scheme of the optimization scheme of the silver grid dispatching support system is designed.The scheme mainly includes the automatic voltage control(AVC)optimization scheme and the optimization scheme of the dispatch monitoring system.The optimization of the automatic voltage control scheme mainly includes the optimization of the regional control strategy scheme and the voltage regulation scheme.The voltage stability and network loss are obviously improved.The scheduling monitoring interface system is optimized,and the hierarchical layering of the application system is realized.The demand items can be quickly located,the inspection time is reduced,and the accident processing efficiency is improved.The intelligent scheduling technology supports the application of the optimization system in the silver power grid,which greatly promotes the improvement of the flexible scheduling capability and improves the resource allocation efficiency.
