With the rapid development of social economy,the power industry has gradually become an important part of the national economy,undertaking the due obligation of providing basic energy support for other industries.So the level of development and service level of the power industry has great significance in promoting the development of the whole national economy and people's livelihood.Therefore,the grid is given extraordinary attention.As the technology of big data and data visualization,the grid is also getting more intelligent.The upgrading of the system represents a huge step in local power dispatching.Based on the problem existing,the necessity of introducing D5000 platform is analyzed and corresponding suggestions are given.This thesis mainly completes the following work:Combined with the application of the new intelligent power grid dispatching automation system,established a perfect provincial-land integration network model.The integrated model has obvious advantages over the original hierarchical scheduling automation structure model.The necessity of uniform grid dispatching is addressed and the functions of new smart grid are put out.This thesis also constructs a model of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system.The model can process data,supervise the system,record the data and manipulate the devices in the grid.After that an accident inversion is introduced to verify the functions of the system.A scheme for reliable data acquisition is presented.Finally this thesis studied the automatic voltage control function and its application in Anyang.The limitation of AVC module is pointed out finally.The state estimation of smart Grid is the core of all intelligent advanced applications of D5000 system,and it has become the main evaluation index in the integrated model of smart grid.The realization of the D5000 platform can help control devices in closed loop,relieving the burden of manual scheduling.
