| As a major key equipment of electric power production,Turbo-generator plays an important role in power plant.As a concentrated reflection of unit operation,the vibration of turbo-generator set is considered to be an important parameter that could evaluation the system about security and health status.In the past,by the limit of testing technology and knowledge level,field experience is the most important method for troubleshooting.In recent years,the turbo-generator fault diagnosis technology has been gradually perfect,how to apply advanced techniques to the field troubleshooting,is the focus in this paper.The paper is based on the engineering background of unit #2 of Baotou # 2thermal power plant.First of all,the vibration characteristics of the typical vibration fault of the turbo-generator has carried on the induction summary,and the vibration data has been collected,through the analysis of the vibration characteristics,combined with field experience,speculated thatthe unit # 2 suspected failures include: the rotor axismisalignmentand bearing stiffness deficiencies.Secondly,the paper development a software packagesbased on BP neural networkdiagnosis.Combined with the actual operation condition,ten kinds of fault diagnosis has been diagnosed,diagnosis results show that the unit # 2 suspected failures include: the rotor axismisalignment,unbalance of rotor mass and bearing stiffnessdeficiencies.Combined with two diagnostic results,unbalance of rotor mass,the rotor axismisalignment and bearing stiffness deficiencies were listed as the suspected causes of the abnormal vibration of the unit# 2.Further examination shows that # 6 bearing work tilt,# 6,# 7 bearings tungsten gold contact surface wear,clearance of generator rotor abnormal.The maintenance plan is repair the scraping # 6,# 7 bearings tungsten gold interface,adjustment the rotorworking position and bearing pad iron,generator retaining rings on both ends symmetric aggravating the maintenance plan.After completethe maintenanceaccording to the given overhaul scheme,restart the unitand test it,the testresults show that at the constant speed of 3000 r/min,the bearing vibration is less than 90μm.The vibration of the unit was greatly improved,The maintenancehas obtained the expected effect. |
