If the power system fails,it will affect the normal operation of many industries,including the production of electricity,in the destruction of power equipment,and more serious threat to the safety of electricity.In order to solve this problem,improve the reliability of power supply,enhance the management level of the transmission line,and present management of transmission lines and better deal with the construction scale and the emergence of more and more asymmetric,Hebei province electric power company proposed a real-time online monitoring system for transmission line equipment.In this paper,an on-line condition monitoring system of transmission equipment based on the idea of database center is proposed and implemented.The proposed system is helpful to improve the data quality of the maintenance assistant and the state decision.Change in system means based on certain technology,improve the analysis of online data rationality and gave a good show,in this,to achieve a more effective management of the equipment and ensure the t echnical means of monitoring system.This system based on the existing evaluation guidelines,and based on the existing state of maintenance aided expert system,using the evaluation system,greatly enhance the fault diagnosis and condition maintenance evaluation and analysis of the prediction of the degree of intelligence and automation.The design and implementation of the system includes many functions,such as monitoring and controlling the tower insulator,monitoring the breeze vibration of the tower,monitoring the temperature of the conductor,monitoring the weather and environment,monitoring the state of the transmission line and so on.Hebei electric power company has carried on the experiment and the application to the system proposed and realized in this paper.The proposed system will be all kinds of information about power transmission equipment on-line monitoring of the integration process,including processing and storage to solve the system islanding operation,which is a major feature of the system: improve the integrated online monitoring method of power transmission.Change the system proposed,a leading role to highlight the effective master system,and establish a reasonable mechanism for the operation and maintenance,and can provide rel iable information for effective scheduling,emergency emergency management.
