Research On Process Information Organization Of Flexible Automation Production Line

For many varieties,small batch production methods,rising labor costs and many other factors,more and more manufacturing enterprises are using flexible automated production lines.Flexible manufacturing process will produce and use a lot of information,which covers,rough,machine tools,process equipment,including static process information and a large number of process data and other information dynamic information.Because of the different organizational structure of the flexible manufacturing system,the operating mechanism is different.The process information organization is also different,so for a specific flexible manufacturing system,how can the effective process of information management and management of information flow,To the manufacturing system used,is worthy of study.In this paper,a numerical control technology Co.,Ltd."a flexible automated production line" as the object,the process of information technology for the following aspects of the study:1)Introducing the basic theory of two kinds of information organizations,namely system theory and coordination theory,and discusses several related realization technologies,namely,system integration technology,message notification technology and data visualization technology.2)Analyzing the organization and operation mechanism of the flexible automation production line studied in this paper.3)Presentting a process information model for flexible manufacturing process,including part information model,process information model,CNC machine tool equipment model,flexible production line model and other production resource model.4)Appling the process information model to the flexible automation production line,and putting forward the multi-process route technology and the dynamic migration technology of NC resources.5)Porposing the concept of process feasibility,analyzing the necessity of process feasibility test.Establishing petri net modeling,achieving the feasibility of the process of monitoring6)Combined with information technology and industrial automation technology,using OPC control technology and WCF instant messaging technology Designning and developping flexible manufacturing process management system and to achieve the upper plan information to the middle of the implementation layer and then to the underlying equipment layer of information flow,to ensure that the enterprise planning layer and the underlying control system seamless docking.
