Research On The Evaluation Model Of Expressway Engineering Cost Management Maturity

With the continuous growth of the highway engineering project construction scale and the number of features of this kind of project has been gradually paid attention by the people,for example,high investment,large quantity,long construction period,difficult construction,which has brought greater difficulties to the highway engineering cost management deficiencies and defects of highway engineering cost ability gradually highlights.In the current market environment and economic environment,how to effectively carry out the highway construction cost management,in ensuring project quality,schedule and safety goals under the condition of reasonable determination and control of project cost is the focus of project cost management department and employer concerned.This paper combines the cost management of highway engineering with the maturity theory.First of all,based on the project management maturity theory,establish the highway engineering cost management maturity level five model,summarizes the influencing factors with highway engineering cost management,which formed the initial cost management maturity evaluation index system,and through the questionnaire survey,to improve the initial index system,and then the formation of cost management including investment decision stage,design stage,procurement stage,construction stage and acceptance stage maturity evaluation index system;Secondly,the weight of maturity evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation model of cost management maturity of highway engineering is established by fuzzy matter element method;Finally,the highway project is selected as a case to analyze difficulties of project cost management,and the specific data is taken into the cost management maturity evaluation model to solve these problem,and the cost management maturity level of project is determined at management level.In summary,the maturity evaluation index system and maturity evaluation model of highway engineering cost management established in this paper provide reference and reference for the future development of highway engineering cost management.
