With the rapid development of the construction industry,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the increasing demand for the quality of construction projects,and refined management will gradually replace the traditional mode and become the mainstream of the new era.It is the inevitable outcome of the development of modern society to a certain stage,and also the only way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.This paper takes a hotel project in BJ as the research object,and from the perspective of the general contractor,analyzes the current situation of the project's quality management,identifies the main factors restricting the refinement of its quality management,and finally gives further solutions and optimization strategies based on relevant theories and methods.This article mainly from the following several aspects to study case project quality management refinement: first of all,by collating relevant theories of project quality management and fine management,summarizes the elaborating the connotation of the quality of the project management;Secondly,combining the results of literature survey and expert interview,an evaluation model of engineering quality management maturity based on CPM3 was constructed.Thirdly,issue related to project management personnel with questionnaires,using research methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to evaluate the results of the investigation,to determine the level of project quality management maturity and constraints;Finally,elaborating the connotation of the combination with the engineering quality management,puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.Research findings:(1)The purpose of refining engineering quality management is to make the full cycle quality management accurate,efficient,and has the ability of continuous optimization,through means to make the content specific,standardized,informational;(2)The process control and work improvement of construction quality are the important factors influencing the evaluation of project quality management,and also the key points of quality management improvement;(3)In the process of refinement of project quality management,the restriction point at the present stage is the quantification of management.The problems are mainly manifested in the inconsistent management quantization standard,the difficulty in ensuring the quality of quantitative analysis data,and the limitation of professional technology and personnel level.(4)The process of management quantification needs the enterprise and the project to promote together.
