In recent years,China's construction industry presents a rapid development trend,large volume large-scale construction projects have shown an obvious upward trend,the degree of specialization of the project has greatly improved the development trend of the project for the professional level of project management higher requirements.But inconsistent with this is that because of China's construction industry has not established a perfect management system,and has not formed a high-quality talent team,not enough attention to the enterprise management,and construction enterprises has caused the low level of management in China's construction industry.Increasingly fierce competition,and to meet the requirements of high management ability,forcing the construction company had to in order to promote the efficiency of management to enhance the strength,only in this way can make it survive in the competition.Project management maturity model is used as an effective method to evaluate enterprise project management ability,is the enterprise realize the management status quo,to find the direction of the important tools,improve gradually aroused people's concern.Although the project management maturity model(CMM)has been widely used abroad,but in our country,the application of project management maturity model needs to be further improved,at present in view of the municipal engineering project management maturity model,and the corresponding research achievements in the field of less,this to a great extent,restricts the development and progress in the field of municipal engineering project management theory.Therefore,we need to actively introduce and absorb foreign outstanding achievements of research and practice on the basis of,according to the situation of our country and the particularity of municipal engineering project management,construct municipal engineering project management maturity model in China,and the evaluation index system to help diagnose of municipal engineering construction enterprise project management and improvement,to enhance the level of municipal engineering project management skills.The thesis firstly introduces related concepts and basic theories.Project management maturity is expounded and the related basic concepts of project management process and knowledge,but also to the basic concept and content of municipal engineering project management and project management maturity content has carried on the detailed elaboration;Second,through to the commonly used at home and abroad project management maturity model,this paper compares and analyzes choice suitable for this research project management maturity model,and then apply this research selected OMP3 model application steps of the construction of municipal engineering project management maturity model;Finally,by the method of literature study and expert interview selected key indicators,building municipal engineering project management maturity of this study of the evaluation index system,and then select the corresponding index weight through expert questionnaire,and selection of the H enterprise as an example to study how to build and application of project management maturity model,the results show that the model can effectively assess the enterprise project management maturity level,help enterprises to improve project management level.
