Design And Realization Of Motor Train Unit Overhaul Process Monitoring System

Along with China's construction of “four vertical and four horizontal” railway transport system,the covering area of urbanization railway also increases rapidly accordingly,which is bound to result in the rising number of Motor Train Unit.The increasing number of Motor Train Unit puts forward higher requirements of the Motor Train Unit overhaul.The quality and effect of overhaul are critical factors for the safety and development of Motor Train Unit.The Motor Train Unit overhaul process requires multiple departments to cooperate with each other.In the traditional operation mode,trouble shooters get in the train for overhaul after receiving the print tasks and fill in the overhaul form after the completion of the entire overhaul work.In the process of overhaul,the dispatcher and leaders at all levels within the department can not master the dynamic real-time overhaul or the overhaul schedule and trouble shooters also easily fail to examine some parts or repair and have repeated operation or other problems.In view of the above phenomena,the establishment of a set of Motor Train Unit overhaul process monitoring system is quite necessary.Motor Train Unit overhaul process monitoring and control system is management software taking Motor Train Unit overhaul process as the research object and designed to monitor the whole progress of Motor Train Unit overhaul.It is designed from the computer monitoring platform and information collection of overhaul workshop.Based on the in-depth study of Motor Train Unit information management present situation at home and abroad,this paper has probed problems which are easily to occur in domestic Motor Train Unit overhaul and designed Motor Train Unit overhaul process monitoring system after the research of the work that Motor Train Unit overhaul should do.Then it uses VB.NET to write the client software in Visual Studio 2010 and develops hand-held terminal in Eclipse combined with MyEclipse and Tomcat virtual server.The paper first masters the research status of Motor Train Unit overhaul at home and abroad,analyzes deficiencies existing in the overhaul process and then analyzes from the technical feasibility,operation feasibility and economic feasibility,respectively.After that,it designs the system function from user needs,functional requirements and performance requirements.Then it introduces the system's overall framework,the function of each module,and designs the server and database.It makes detailed introductions of the design methods and interface layouts of various modules of the client monitoring software and hand-held terminal.Client software and hand-held terminal communicate via TCP/IP protocol and realize the real-time monitoring of overhaul and transmission of the scene pictures and video information.Finally,it makes the system debugging under laboratory conditions.Debugging results show that the Motor Train Unit overhaul process monitoring system can realize on-site progress monitoring and can also transmit images and video information.Thus the design objective of the project has been realized.
