In recent years,the process of urbanization has developed rapidly.In order to meet the daily commuting demand brought about by population growth,the full development of subway projects has become the focus of most urban planning.As of December 2017,35 cities across the country have opened subways.Because of its high degree of automation and quick construction,metro shield construction has become the main method used in the construction of urban subways.However,due to the complexity Metro Shield construction environment,technical difficulties,potentially leading to more potential risks,the risk of losses caused heavy losses.At present,the risk management of China's metro shield method is mainly concentrated in the construction process,and has made some progress,but the risk management research in the design stage is still lacking.Therefore,this paper describes the development of domestic and international status of risk management,risk management theories and methods as well as Metro Shield for analysis.From the design stage of the metro shield method,the risk factors of the shield method were deeply identified and the risk evaluation index system was determined.At the same time,this paper improves the situation that the traditional AHP method may not satisfy the consistency test that can be used to determine the index weights.After using the three-scale method,the weight of the indicator is determined through function transformation,so that the constructed judgment matrix automatically meets the consistency requirement.This paper combines the improved AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.With Xiamen Metro Line 3 as the engineering background,the risk evaluation model of subway shield design phase is established.The shield area of Wuyuanwan Station?Liuwudian Station was selected for risk calculation and risk assessment,and risk prevention measures were proposed.It has certain guiding significance for the decision-making of parties involved in the construction and the scientific,systematic and standardized management of safe production.
