The Research On Engineering Management Of GZ-tower Project Based On BIM

The purpose of this paper is through the ultra-high-rise construction engineering example, it discusses how to improve project management through information technology and provides new management ideas and methods for project management of ultra-high-rise building.With the development of China’s economy, the rise and development of ultra-high-rise buildings in the ascendant, reflected in the increasing building height, building scale larger and larger, increasingly complex building functions, building quantity surge and the difficulty of project management continues to increase. The development of ultra-high-rise projects in China with respect to the developed countries started relatively late, but the starting point higher, technical level use the foundation and underground space engineering technology, the concrete technology, steel structure technology and the other new technology, corresponding, in the management level, the difficulty of target control is increasing, especially in the aspect of cost control, quality control and safety management appeared many problems in recent years, it has become the focus of the main responsibility of construction and government construction administrative departments. At the same time, with the development of information technology, Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has been used in the management of ultra-high-rise projects.BIM is based on the relevant information data of building engineering projects to built the building model, and the real information of buildings is simulated by digital information. It can be run through the whole life cycle of the construction project, solve the problem of information out of all stages of project management and make the participation of all parties to exchange and share information, so BIM is an effective project management tool that can create and control information.This paper takes the GZ tower as an example, analyzes the problems in the project management of construction general contractor. Through the analysis of the problem, puts forward the countermeasures and analyzes the management efficiency improvement of the project management system using BIM technology. Provide a reference for how to improve the management level of the super high rise building construction project management level.
