| Coal transporting system is an important auxiliary system of coal-fired power plant.Firstly,briefly analyze the background of coal handling system built by Power Plant.In order to improve the operation efficiency of belt conveyor for coal-fired power plant,a optimization approach is designed.The mathematical model of the belt conveyor is established firstly,its optimal parameters are obtained by using the dynamic parameter analysis method based on the finite element model.Then the load shifting strategy is carried out with open-loop optimal control.Finally,the model predictive control is used with feedback correction and rolling optimization because of the control error due to interference.The simulation results show that the MPC control strategy makes the energy-saving remarkable.This paper analyzes the production business process of coal handling programmed control system,and sets up the function and target of systematic design.Siemens S7-300 series are used to constitute the system hardware and use STEP7 software to build system hardware configuration diagram.Based on the system hardware and network platform being established,and according to the actual business demand,DCS software architecture is designed.And the monitoring function and management function of DCS system is designed.The energy-saving control for coal-fired power plant has fully embodied the current technology of DCS system and the production costs is greatly reduced.it also increases the generating efficiency of the power plant and also cut down the burden of network at times of peak demand. |
