We use the three-dimensional warehouse in the smart shuttle car terminal design as our research topic,which aims to study and design a highly efficient,user-friendly handheld terminal,so that workers can be more convenient and flexible operate the shuttle.This paper introduces the background and significance of this topic,and describes the function and the design of the handheld terminal,which focus on the design of hardware,software design and reliability of the three layers in the face of handheld terminal,and finally the function of handheld terminal test.This research has solved the problem of remote control of shuttle car in the project,and provides some new ideas and methods for the research of related fields,which has high practical significance and potential application value.Specific content is as follows:(1)The analysis for the study of shuttle car at home and abroad,combined with the practical application of this topic,analyzes the function requirements of handset,determine the use of hand-held terminal device,and device is analyzed.(2)To understand and.shuttle car handheld terminal system is introduced,and then do some market research,to the handset hardware such as housing,buttons,communication module and so on carries on the analysis and research,identified in this paper,the design of portable terminal of the shell,buttons and so on,finally analyzes the performance of the handset.(3)The design of the handheld terminal circuit design,including the use of remote control model,functional requirement,module partition,etc.The system from the hardware into wireless transmission system and wireless receiving system,by studying the main control chip,selected according to the main functions of the control chip and pin configuration related circuit design,finally,in order to facilitate research and some auxiliary circuit is designed.(4)0n the handset software system design,analyses the communication reliability,security method.The overall design of the software system,and detailed design of each function module,the register Settings and data transceiver,designed the system reliability of communication control protocol and the handset communication system communication process,determine the error control method,two kinds of code coding parameters and work principle.
