Research On The Cost Management Of A Large Residential And Commercial Prohect Of Geotechnical Engineering

Compared with foreign countries, the current large geotechnical engineering in China is still in the extensive stage of development. With the development of the national economy and the fierce competition both at home and abroad, It is urgent to change the development mode of geotechnical engineering construction enterprises and improve the level of the project cost management. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledges, this paper analyzes the characteristics of geotechnical engineering itself, reveals the problems in the cost management of geotechnical engineering, and puts forward corresponding improvement methods. Based on the actual situation of geotechnical engineering of a large commercial project, the actual cost management is carried out and the experience is summarized and the improvement is also put forward. The main research content is divided into the following four parts:The first part of this paper summarizes the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, research contents and methods;The second part, the construction project cost management theory are summarized. In this part, the essential characteristics of the geotechnical engineering construction project and its differences with the general construction project are analyzed. The difficulties and key problems of the construction cost management of geotechnical engineering are analyzed,and the improvement methods are also sought.In the third part, based on the essential characteristics of the geotechnical engineering construction project, this paper analyzes risk sources of the geotechnical engineering construction project, and use expert investigation method to build the initial risk list of geotechnical engineering construction projects. The initial risk list lays the groundwork for risk identification before cost forecasting and cost planning.In the fourth part, combining with the above analysis of the key points and difficulties of geotechnical engineering cost management, this paper use the initial risk list and the theory and method of project cost management into the geotechnical engineering construction project cost management of a large residential and commercial project. An effective system of the whole process is built from the risk identification, cost prediction and planning, control and analysis to assessment and summary in the construction cost management of geotechnical engineering.Finally, the thesis is summarized and prospected.
