| The cost risk management of construction projects is of great significance for ensuring the normal development of construction projects,in which risk assessment is one of the core links.Only a scientific assessment of the risk level of construction projects can prevent risks at a higher level.However,compared with other industries,the cost risk management of middle and lower level construction industries in China lacks an effective and reasonable risk assessment system and assessment methods.Based on the above background,this paper makes full use of the basic principles of risk management and scientific and reasonable research methods.Through a new research perspective,taking the construction project of L residential quarter as an example,this paper makes full use of the basic principles of risk management and scientific and reasonable research methods to analyze and study the risk factors that may affect the cost of the project at various stages,and optimizes the measurement index system by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,Calculate the influence weight of the risk factors of the construction project cost in L residential area,and obtain the influence degree of the risk factors of the construction project in L residential area on the project cost risk and the overall risk level of the project.Finally,according to the situation of construction project cost risk in L residential quarter,reasonable risk response measures are proposed,and a set of effective measures and methods suitable for similar construction project cost risk management are explored to enrich the theoretical system of construction project cost risk management in China,and deepen the referential value.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In terms of the construction of the cost risk evaluation system for small and medium-sized construction projects,the cost risks related to small and medium-sized construction projects in China are divided into four categories according to the whole project cycle theory,evaluate the cost risk of small and medium-sized building projects.(2)Taking L construction project as an example,the weight of the risk evaluation index system is calculated and comprehensively evaluated.By using the analytic hierarchy process,the order of importance of risk factors of L construction project from high to low is: construction stage risk(0.440)>survey and design stage risk(0.289)>bidding stage risk(0.180)>completion stage risk(0.091).Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation result of L construction project cost risk is 4.868 points,and the risk level is between low risk and medium risk,close to medium risk.(3)Finally,from the four aspects of project cost risk control in the survey and design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage,this paper proposes the cost risk response strategies for small and medium-sized construction projects in China.This study is not only of great significance to help managers avoid losses caused by risks,but also provides a reference for construction project cost risk managers.Figure [2] table [21] reference [85]... |
