| At present,the road network of the plains has been basically completed,so the freeway construction is gradually advancing towards the mountains.Mountain has the characteristics of high mountains,deep valleys,complicated geological conditions and changeable climate,therefore mountain freeway construction will be more difficult than plain.Construction of the station is a temporary building to meet the construction,living and office needs in road construction process,and it usually located next to the freeway construction work zones for the convenience of consideration.The blasting work in operating area will pose a security risk to the resident safety.Additionally,many staff members lack basic safety training,assessment and consciousness,that increases the difficulty of the station security management.Currently freeway construction is gradually towards mountainous,so that the station also need to face the complicated climate conditions,hydrogeological and topographic and geologic conditions,which leads to the current construction resident factors of insecurity increase dramatically and increases the difficulty of prevention.Thus,the safety study of mountain freeway resident is a highly desirable research.This article based on the analysis of the existing problems and the current safety factors in aspects of people,objects,environment and management in mountainous road construction station.Combined with the characteristics of mountain station and the actual situation,The stationed place safety evaluation factor system composed of three aspects of location,layout and safety management is constructed,and the connotation of each factor is explained in detail.Carrying out evaluation for single factor according to the relevant norms and standards.In order to reflect the importance of each evaluation factor and the actual situation of the problem in a more objective and comprehensive way,the subjective weighting method(analytic hierarchy process)(AHP)and the objective weighting method(entropy weight method)were used to calculated the combined weight,which helped define the weight of evaluation factor,which considering subjective discretion of subjective weighting method and he calculation of objective weighting method.Based on the grey system theory,this paper has obtained the grey relational comprehensive evaluation model of construction stationed placein mountainous freeway.Experts conducted a field study for the construction stationed place of Guiqian high-speed five tenders in Guizhou province and scored in the section of the construction field according to the single factor score standard.Then,evaluated its security by using the research results of this thesis.The results show that the evaluation method can meet the safety evaluation of construction stationed place in mountainous freeway.It can provide theoretical guidance for site selection,layout and safety management.And it also has a certain reference value for the evaluation of the safety in the mountainous areas. |
