With the development of city and traffic demand contradiction increasingly intensified,metroconstruction become one of the main methods currently to ease the contradiction.Metro shield construction method with its small advantages impact on the existing traffic are widely used in the construction of the metro.However,shield construction methodhas many characteristics,such as bad operation environment,long operation period.There are many construction safety risks,so the metro shield construction safety factors of screening and comprehensive evaluation researchis a very worth work,it has certainreference value on safety management of metro construction.The grey system theory give attention to the incomplete information in the system at the same time to the uncertainty of the system information.Deal qualitative problems with quantitative analysis and dispose.The grey system theory is the basis of model building,the paperhas come up with an innovative shield construction safety evaluationsystem to bring the personnel health factors into the process of metro system,the paper also build a metro shield construction safety evaluation model which is more comprehensive and humanized.This paper is divided into six parts,including the third and the fourth part is the focus of this article.Based on the literature research,the first part explains the metro construction safety research and the safety evaluation method research,and also expounds the framework,themethod,theinnovation and thedeficiencyof this article.The second part analyzes the grey system theory,risk,entropy weight method,the WBS and RBS method,related theory and basic concept.On the basis of theory research,the third partbuilds a metro shield construction safety evaluation index system,and uses the structure entropy weight method to calculate the weight coefficient of the indexes.The fourth part mainly analyzes the applicability of the grey system theory,and establishes a model based on gray comprehensive evaluation method,and further calculates the comprehensive evaluation value of the model.Fifth part is the empirical research part which takesthe first phase of the Dalian metro line 1 project 104 tenders in Gongcheng Street-Convention Center as an example,to analysis the evaluation model and calculate the comprehensive evaluation index,evaluate the safety level of the project.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,summarized the main research achievements,and looking forward to the improvement of the metro shield construction project safety evaluation of the future research work content.The innovations of this article research are mainly embodied in the following aspects:(1)The paper innovatively take the personnel health risk factor into consideration while building the metro shield construction safety evaluation index system.The evaluation system is not only focus on the metro shield construction safety levels,but also takes the construction personnel health level into account,reflects the metro shield construction safety more humanized.(2)The environmental factors is variable and difficult to control.When build the metro shield construction safety evaluation index system,the paper sets up a flexible evaluation index in view of the special geological conditions of the metro shield construction.In order to keep see the shield construction of common construction safety risk factors and realize the in-depth analysis of metro shield construction environment.(3)The index weight coefficient calculation method of this study chooses the combination of qualitative and quantitative structure entropy weight method.This method can includes the abundant construction experience of experts,reduces the interference of abnormal data.And theevaluation model based on grey comprehensive evaluation method overcomes uncertain and incomplete characteristics of information withinthe metro shield construction safety evaluationsystem,to enhancethe scientific nature and credibility of the model.In this paper,although there are three innovative points,the requirement of the data to the metro project are parts of secret,this paper still have limitations in terms of metro project data acquisition.Soquantitative analysis of the qualitative problems and related data processing needs to be further analysis.
