Abstract/Summary:
Along with the continuous development of the national development of the western region,the earth-rock mixture has increasingly widely used in engineering practice of highway subgrade.Tunnel waste residue is a kind of earth rock mixture,it,s compaction property and stability of high embankment have become the main problem which is a hot spot in the research of subgrade engineering in mountainous area.This paper has studied compaction property and stability of high embankment of earth-rock mixture that depends on Long-Yong highway construction projects.On the basis of research scheme about compaction property and stability of high embankment of earth-rock mixture,field sampling gets from Long-Yong highway and model foundation is built in model shafts to do laboratory experiment,which are the screening test,water ratio test,small-sized plate loading test,static deformation modulus Ev1 and Ev2 test,dynamic deformation modulus Evd test.The deformation law and the quality index of earth-rock mixture are analyzed from stimulating test of continuous compaction process and collecting the compaction quality index of earth-rock mixture subgrade.Researches show that:1)On the compressive curve of soil-rock-mixture is "convex" shape,and "concave" shape under the resilience curve.Springback deformation is concentrated in the last few level load in the process of unloading,and it is unable to return to before loading state of deformation after unloading.the(n+1)th compression-rebound curves are below the ith with similar linetype,shows that soil-rock-mixture is non-ideal elastomer;2)Overload compression curve can be regressed on the extension line of first compression curve,which has memory effect.3)Compaction quality index K30 and Ev1 with good correlation between subgrade compaction settlement and e,it can fully reflect the compaction quality of the subgrade and the strong correlation with the compaction quality.The correlation between K30 and Ev1 is closer,while K30 and Ev2 is slight.K30,Ev1 should be as main reference index in the roadbed compaction quality detection of soil-rock-mixture,while Ev2 as auxiliary reference index.According to practical situation of test embankment,the stability of high embankment is analyzed through the finite element analysis by Ansys and Abaqus,and analyzed improvement effect of embankment stability by a processing method with anti-slide pile,to study stress and deformation properties of anti-slide pile.And the scientific theory is benefited for HuNan province Longyong highway construction.
