The Design And Development Of Integration Of Design And Analysis Software Of Rotary Locking Mechanism Based On UG

As advanced digital technology,CAD,Motion simulation and Finite Element Analysis have been widely used in product development,design and analysis of integration has become an important development trend of engineering technology in the future.In this paper,"design-modeling-kinematic analysis-finite element analysis" as the guiding ideology,with rotary locking mechanism for the study,compiling design and calculate program with C# in Visual Studio;based on UG,establishing three-dimensional modelings,assemblies,simulation modelings,finite element models with UG modeling,parametric modeling,Assembly,engineering,engineering analysis functions,and based on which,carrying out secondary development on UG and Visual Studio,which forms the integration of design and analysis software of Rotary locking mechanism.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the design requirements of weapons rotary locking mechanism,carrying out a functional decomposition on which,specificing software overall program and function modules,which contains six modules: design and calculation module,parametric modeling,interference checking,automatic assembly module,simulation module,finite elements analysis module.(2)Making a study on the theory of rotary locking mechanism,with C# to wtite five design calculation program;(3)Making a study on the theory of parametric design,and making appropriate simplification s of bolt and bolt boxes,establishing primary models of which,achieving the primary model parametric modeling of gunlock and gunlock boxes.(4)Making a research on ways of secondary development with UG and Visual Studio,obtaining the full implementation of the development program of Rotary locking mechanism based on the platform.Including: Software development processes,environment variable settings,menus,script writing,user interface design,a call to a dynamic-link library,UG/Open API application and so on,completing the development of rotary locking mechanism design and analysis of integration software.In this paper,the software development method and technology provides some reference for the development design and analysis.of integration of other weapons.
