Based on the analysis of the development trend of anti-equipment weapon in today's world, research is carried through combining a anti-equipment weapon which is researching. The main work of the study is the design of the locking-mechanism which based on the anti-equipment weapon. Through the research of the project, a reference method for the design of the anti-equipment weapon's locking-mechanism is provided.In this paper, how to confirm the solution of anti-material weapon's locking mechanism and how to carry through the mechanism design of anti-material weapon's locking mechanism is researched. First, combine the characteristics and request of the anti-material weapon, kinds of typical locking mechanism's mechanism characteristics are analyzed. Analyze the advantages and shortcomings of all the locking mechanism, one kind of locking mechanism which fit the request of the anti-material weapon is confirmed. Then, use the Unigraphics kinematics and structural analysis software, the model of kinematics analysis and structural strength analysis of the selected locking mechanism is created. Then, finish the model's analysis of motion characteristics and structural strength, based on the analysis, optimal design of the anti-material weapon's locking mechanism is carried through.Through the research, enhance the level of anti-equipment weapon's design, and it has been applied on the design of a developing prototype of anti-equipment weapon. Facts proved that the method of optimal design of the anti-equipment weapon's locking-mechanism, which has been described in this paper, is meet the design requirements of the locking mechanism, and beneficial to enhance the performance of the anti-equipment weapon's locking-mechanism. The study is feasible and practical.
