| Building product is a unit of the complex building.Building product library means an aggregation of the building products which are reusable after the process of the development,accumulation and working over between the design,construction and operation stage,which covers all major in the building lifecycle as an information management solution for the construction equipment.However,the traditional management solution of the building product is extensive,and it still relies on thesis drawings or documents to convey or store building information,which has been unable to meet the increasingly complex and diverse requirements of the construction project.So,BIM technology as a building information carrier has become one of the key technologies which can make the building products management upgrade to meticulous management.The building products have the features of simulation,digitization and visualization with BIM technology.All kinds of data in the construction process can fasten on a BIM model,and its characteristics of parameterization,high reusability can meet the parametric design needs of the entire building lifecycle,and meet the construction needs which are more efficient,standardized and industrialized.Therefore,this thesis built a BIM product library in cloud environment.The combination of BIM technology and cloud technology creates a BIM & cloud service which can achieve that the product data can storage,circulate and share with the management style based on the central database storage.This thesis describes the research and implementation process of the BIM product library in cloud environment.Firstly,with the investigation and literature research,summarize the present problems of building products library application with the detailed analysis about its research and application status at home and abroad to highlight the main content and significance of this thesis,and make a detailed requirement analysis of the BIM product library.Secondly,study the intelligent function of BIM product library platform from the three key technical aspects of keyword search,personalized recommendation and product online visualization: research the inverted list search and Top-K algorithm to achieve the keyword search function;realize the personalized recommendation function with the item-based collaborative filtering algorithm,which can recommend the users the content which may be of interest by collecting the user’s personal information and behavior history;realize the visualization online of the BIM product model with the BIMsever technology which is open source.Thirdly,the construction of the system is carried out according to the above research: research the integrated application framework of BIM and cloud computing technology;confirm the basic application rules of the system from three aspects: the management principle of product library,the principle of product classification and coding,and the accuracy and delivery requirements of BIM model;build the database of the system from two aspects: the overall structure of the system and database design.Finally,develop the system interface and illustrate the system function with practical application.This thesis successfully completes the development of the BIM product library system in the cloud environment with java、SQL Sever2008 and Microsoft Visual Studio2010.This study which takes the BIM model of building products as the starting point effectively improves the ability of data integration and sharing among different units in the process of project management,so each participating unit of the construction project can achieve better work coordination.And the platform can effectively promote the communication and cooperation between technology,production and business,so that the construction industry can achieve a leap-style change to the management style of wisdom,green,refinement. |
