Currently, the application of asphalt pavement recycling technology is much more often to be seen. The hot mix plant recycling technology is currently more widely used method for regenerating asphalt pavement in the world. This technology not only efficiently enables the regeneration of waste asphalt mixture, which solves environmental pollution problems of the dumping of old materials, but also saves asphalt, gravel and other materials. Thanks to the high thermal regeneration technology, we can reduce construction costs and protect the environment, which complies with the concept of energy conservation, environmental protection.According to current road status quo of Hebei provincial highway Qian Cao Line tang cao high-speed export to Caofeidian section, basing on Hot Mix Plant Recycling technology of asphalt mixture, by indoor experiment as the main research means and comparison with two kinds of different regenerative way, the paper determines the best regeneration solution of the aging asphalt,which is by adding the high-performance regenerative agent. By Marshall designing method to carry on the design of mix proportion of asphalt mixture which has30%,35%,40%high blending rate of the RAP, the paper also determines the best dosage of RAP, which is30%.Then the paper conducts Superpave gradation design method under the optimal dosag. Through indoor test, the use of rutting test, low-temperature bending test and immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test to evaluating the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability by the two different design methods. By analyzing the indoor test results, it is concluded that two kinds of design methods for the design of recycled asphalt mixture performance meets the requirements of the current technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement, the results also show that the two kinds of design methods realize the effective regeneration of waste asphalt mixture.On the basis of the results of indoor research,together with the overhaul engineering of qiancao line,this paper makes the design of mix proportion for practice to guide the overhaul engineering test section and formal road paving,and the paper also puts forward construction technologies of recycled asphalt mixture such as mixing, paving, rolling in the engineering practice and quality control measures.By analyzing the outdoor test results of reclaimed asphalt pavement, the results show that the use of the reclaimed asphalt pavement is good and it meets the expected goal.In short, by studying on the application of hot mix plant recycling technology in overhaul engineering of qian cao line,this paper accumulates certain experience and informations,thus,it can lay the good foundation for the promotion of hot mix plant recvcline technoloev in oractical eneineering.
