| In recent years,the rapid development of highway in Guangxi,the highway network is gradually formed.However,are also facing the problem of serious damage to the old road and new road service life is not long.The high temperature weather in Guangxi lasted for a long time,more rain,coupled with heavy traffic for the asphalt mixture pavement the performance of the proposed more stringent requirements.Therefore,to find the mixture gradation design to adapt to the climate characteristic of Guangxi has become an urgent and realistic issue.This paper relies on the research and application of Guangxi asphalt pavement durability technology of Guangxi overhaul project,combined with the road renovation project of Guangxi Guilin to Liuzhou Expressway(Liao Tian to Luzhai North),AC-25 is equipped with high speed in Guangxi Highway asphalt pavement in the application of research.Based on the investigation of the asphalt pavement of Liuzhou to Nanning expressway,the performance characteristics of different sections and different graded asphalt pavements were analyzed and compared.The climatic characteristics of Guangxi autonomous region were analyzed.Based on the study of climate zoning,The binder should reach the PG grade.Using the Belee method of coarse aggregate classification standards,4.75 mm as the boundary of the coarse aggregate.Based on the theory of particle interference,the coarse aggregate was graded and tested according to the step-by-step method,and the gradation range of the coarse aggregate was determined according to the thickest aggregate gap.The total volume ratio of the fine aggregate is calculated based on the consideration of the void ratio of 4.5%,and the ratio of the fine aggregates is evenly distributed with the coarse aggregate gap,The scope of its combination with the construction technical specifications to allow the scope of volatility to be determined.The results show that the gradation range is obtained and the characteristics of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue life test are studied and compared with the test results.analysis.In order to further improve the high temperature stability of AC-25 asphalt mixture,the influence of different RA anti-rutting agent on the road performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture was analyzed,and the optimal proportion of RA anti-rutting agent was put forward.The comparison of the KH-25 gradation with Superpave-25 and Liu Nan Road is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimal design of the gradation.According to the above research results,combined with the actual conditions of engineering,taking full account of Guangxi materials,asphalt pavement structure and other characteristics,put forward the Guangxi highway overhaul project asphalt mixture mixing process,rolling method.The research results provide an important reference for material selection,material composition design and construction quality control of asphalt pavement in overhaul project of Guangxi area. |
