Research On The Feasible Strategy System Of Renovation And Development Of Green Campus In Southwestern China

In 2015,it is required in the central city working meeting that the green,low-carbon production lifestyle and urban construction operation mode should be promoted in construction process.The 13 th Five Year Plan required the green construction industry to realize the transformation from energy saving building to green building,and realize the transformation from‘light green'to‘dark green'of the single building to regional building in the future.Therefore,the work on building energy efficiency in our country started to transform from ‘light' to ‘dark',the concern of green single building to the green park and low-carbon cities.The current campus construction is faced with the requirement of a large amount of construction facilities.It reflects the differences of different types,scales and regions under the multivariate participants of students,teachers and managers.Campus involves not only complex building facilities with definite geographical scope and spatial scale,but also covers the diverse functional needs with teaching,research,life and the other.The campus construction includes not only the hardware facilities construction and management system,but also covers culture communication and personnel training in the construction of software.Therefore,the value of green campus has exceeded the green single building,and has the same research value of ecological park and city.Green renovation of existing campus and green planning of new campus are effective ways to respond to the national sustainable development planning program.Therefore,this paper studied the renovation and development of green campus in Southwest China,and built the feasible strategy system as an effective recommendation of the renovation and development.This paper is divided into three parts,and mainly discussed the following aspects.The first part includes the main content of the first chapter and the second chapter.It introduces the background of national macro policies,industry actions and norms,local policies and regulations,and clarifies the purpose,significance and main content of this research by summarizing the related development and research status at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of regional geomorphology and climate characteristics in southwestern area,the main research direction of energy saving is proposed.The environmental conditions are regarded as one of the conditions for the differentiation of similar strategies.By using interviews,questionnaires and field observation,campus construction and development in this area are investigated.On the basis of the analysis of the survey results and needs,this paper puts forward five kinds of suggestions for the renovation and development of green campus in southwestern area,as the basis for the selection of system coverage and selection of strategies.The second part includes the main content of the third,fourth and fifth chapter.It puts forward 4 principles of strategy system construction.Draw lessons from the logic of‘body,plane,line and point'to form the progressive subdivision system framework of ‘strategy category',‘strategy coverage',‘strategy pathway',‘strategy point'.After comparing and analyzing the corresponding evaluation standards of green campus,9strategic categories and their specific corresponding coverage are divided by usingempirical and descriptive research methods.Then they are classified into technical strategy group and political strategy group,as the internal support of strategy system.On the basis of the 9 strategic categories and their specific corresponding coverage,the fourth and fifth chapter proposes the strategy pathways and the strategic point by summarizing and describing.The specific contents of the technical and political strategy group within the system is formed.The third part includes the main content of the sixth and seventh chapter.It carries on the demonstration and the application to the strategy system through the campus case in different region,different type and different development phase,provides the strategy program for the renovation and development of green campus.The seventh chapter summarizes the main research results,proposed the inadequacies of the research work,and puts forward the future work of this research.The study of feasible strategy system of green campus renovation and development in Southwest China,complete the construction of the feasible strategy system and integrate the content of feasible strategy groups.Hope the research results can effectively promote the renovation and development of green campus in southwestern.
