Study On Optimization Of Quality Management Of Power System Distribution Network Infrastructure Projects

With rapid development of social economy,people’s level of production as well as life of electricity consumption are increased which puts forward the power system and power supply into higher requirements.Until today,China has achieved a significant progress focus on electric power distribution network infrastructure projects.Despite this,distribution network infrastructure construction is considered to be a complex,long period,with investment costs and relatively higher technical requirements.Due to these factors,the process o f project construction has hindered the construction project into a normal line which reduced the quality of construction projects.The distribution network construction project implies a considerable demand.Currently,construction project investment is still relatively low.In order to solve the management problems of distribution network construction project(DNC project)quality,influential factors are going to be analyzed by providing theoretical basis and guidance to put forward to quality management measures,as well as the level of the DNC project quality management improvement.In this paper,the project quality management of Taixing distribution network has been studied based on the theory of modern project quality management.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part elaborates the research background,significance,research contents and methods,research ideas,research difficulties,research innovation and literature review at home and abroad,read a lot of project quality management literature,provides a theoretical basis for the distribution network construction project quality management.The second part includes the theory of quality management of electric power system DNC project in detail,mainly focus on power system infrastructure projects and quality management objectives,scope,method,and content management system in detail,provides an important theoretical basis for the following research.In the third part,the author analyzes the current situation of the quality manage ment of power distribution system.The first chapter of the Taixing electric power construction engineering is briefly outlined,and another analysis on the current situation of power system DNC project quality management,find out the interference factors of power system DNC project quality management,finally build up the index system of power grid infrastructure project quality management system with interference factors.The fourth part puts forward the main strategies of power system DNC project qualit y management,combined with the theory and practice of the above proposed power system DNC project quality management strategy,expect to provide help for the DNC project quality management to achieve higher level of quality management within power grid construction project.
